How it Works
It's extremely easy. You just send us the faulty part and when we check it out we will swap it with a refurbished part.
Nothing is worse than having a breakdown and losing money every second your manufacturing is offline. That is why we can send out a replacement part for you before you send the faulty one back! This service requires that the full payment be made at the refurbished price.
When we get your payment, your replacement part will be sent out to you immediately. Upon receiving the broken part and it is checked, we will refund the difference using your preferred payment method. If the part is damaged beyond repair, we reserve the right to charge the manufacturers full price.
Part exchange warranty and testing
All parts in our part exchange inventory are thoroughly tested before dispatch, and all come with a full warranty. Parts are packed well and carefully in plain or sometimes the original packaging. Do note that manuals and accessories for some items and parts may not be present unlike a brand new purchase. As expected, most part exchanged items would have been used before, and the aesthetics like color etc may not be perfect.
