Return Policy

All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipping, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping where applicable. If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of shipping, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems. If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us within 7 days of shipping and the item should be returned for assessment/inspection. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs. We will only authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty when received
If any Goods purchased have faults when they are delivered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange return. We are not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods they will be inspected and if we are unable to repair or replace the Goods then the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

Damaged in transit
Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility or liability for damaged goods unless the you notify the carrier at the time of shipping. If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on shipping, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to us within 7 days. We are not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods they will be inspected and if we are unable to repair or replace the Goods then the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

Incorrect item
If you receive Goods which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. We are not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.

Unwanted item
If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the you decide that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new if applicable, without any additional work. Please note a 50% re-stocking charge will apply. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.

Please note we do not accept the return of, or offer refunds, for any product that is custom configured to your specifications or any software products.
